Not at all. We discuss all costs during your consultation, so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. All of our service fees are already mentioned in our proposal sheets.
If you prefer a personalized experience with flexible options, choose our Private Trips i.e. FIT. For a cost-effective, guided travel experience with like-minded explorers, our Group Tours i.e. GIT are ideal.
Terms And Conditions 2025-26
Booking Process
- Kindly deposit 50% to confirm the package to generate confirmation number. Once we share the confirmation please make 30% payment.
- Tickets shall be issued instantly once we receive the payment. (Helicopter tickets shall be mailed to you on the date committed by us)
- Hotel Confirmation vouchers shall be given to you upon receipt of 100% payment.
- Driver details shall be given to you 1 day prior to your arrival date by evening 07:00 P.M.
- In Season time, we can change the running driver and assign a new driver the next day because of peak traffic.
Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation and rest amount 30% + 20%, 15 days prior to check-in date.
- Full payment in form of BANK TRANSFER.
- Share your GSTIN (if applicable) in advance to raise the bills accordingly, as any amendment in the invoice will not be possible once it is generated.
- For those who have made part payments, they will have to make the full payment before the expiry of the final cut off date as per the details mentioned above. Kindly be informed that, True Tourism XP does not have a policy of dealing in credit.
- Further please note in case the Full payment is not realized into our account 15 Days prior to arrival; the booking will be cancelled without any intimation/notice. Refund after charging cancellation, arising due to such happening will be returned through bank transfer within 21 working days.
- DO NOT deposit any FUND into our bank account directly without our approval.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. INR 2000/- per person will be charged as cancellation fee by default as we have put into the efforts in tour planning and bookings. Refunds, if applicable, can be adjusted in the future bookings too.
- 32+ Days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 15% of tour cost + default fee will be charged.
- 31 - 26 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 30% of total tour cost + default fee will be charged.
- 25 - 16 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 50% of total tour cost + default fee will be charged.
- 15 - 08 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 80% of total tour cost + default fee will be charged.
- 07 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 100% of total tour cost + default fee will be charged.
Cancelation for any kind of ticket booking is as per individual service provider or government norms.
Refunds
Refunds against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the tour is booked. It would take at least 21 working days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example: Meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface/air).
All refunds made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
