BOOKING PROCESS
Step 1 — Initiate Booking
• Deposit 50% of the total tour cost.
• A unique confirmation number will be generated and shared with you upon receipt.
Step 2 — Secure Services
• Upon receiving your confirmation number, the next 30% becomes due.
• Flight and train tickets are issued immediately after this payment.
Step 3 — Final Payment
• The remaining 20% is due no later than 15 days before your check-in date.
• Hotel vouchers are released only upon full payment.
Driver Details
• Shared by 7:00 PM, one day prior to your arrival.
• During peak season, a replacement driver may be arranged without disruption to your itinerary.
Helicopter Tickets
• Where applicable, emailed to you on the specific date communicated at the time of booking.
PAYMENT TERMS
• 1st Payment

◦ Amount: 50% of total tour cost
• 2nd Payment
◦ Due upon receipt of confirmation number
◦ Amount: 30% of total tour cost
• 3rd Payment
◦ Due at least 15 days before check-in
◦ Amount: 20% of total tour cost
• All payments must be made via bank transfer only. No other modes of payment are accepted.
• If your booking is subject to GST, your GSTIN must be shared with us before we raise the invoice. Once an invoice has been issued, no amendments will be made under any circumstances. Please ensure your details are correct before invoicing.
• Do not transfer any amount without first receiving our payment details and written approval. Unsolicited transfers cannot be tracked or guaranteed.
• True Tourism XP does not extend credit under any circumstances. All installments must be settled before their respective deadlines.
• If full payment is not received at least 15 days before your arrival date, the booking will be subject to cancellation without further notice. Such cancellations are treated as guest-initiated and are governed by the same cancellation slab schedule below. Any applicable refund will be processed within 21 working days.
CANCELLATION POLICY (2026–27)
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• A default fee of INR 2,000 per person applies to all cancellations where the slab charge is less than 100% of the tour cost.
• No default fee is charged when the applicable slab is 100% (i.e., 0–7 days), as no refund is due.
• Refunds, where applicable, may be adjusted against future bookings at your discretion.
Cancellation Slabs
• 32 or more days before departure
◦ 15% of total tour cost + INR 2,000 per person
• 26 to 31 days before departure
◦ 30% of total tour cost + INR 2,000 per person
• 16 to 25 days before departure
◦ 50% of total tour cost + INR 2,000 per person
• 8 to 15 days before departure
◦ 80% of total tour cost + INR 2,000 per person
• 0 to 7 days before departure
◦ 100% of total tour cost
◦ NO REFUND
◦ No default fee applicable
Partial Cancellations
• If one or more members of a group cancel, the cancellation charge (slab % + default fee per cancelled person) is calculated on the total group tour cost, not on a pro-rata share.
• The remaining travellers' booking continues unchanged.
Note
• Cancellation of flight, train, helicopter or other transport tickets is governed by the respective service provider's policy, not by the above schedule.
REFUND POLICY
• Refunds are processed directly to the original source through which the booking was made (i.e., the same bank account or agent).
• Guests who booked through an agent must coordinate with their agent to receive their refund. True Tourism XP's obligation is discharged upon transfer to the agent.
• Minimum 21 working days to process from the date the cancellation is confirmed in writing.
• There is strictly no refund for any services included in the itinerary that remain unutilised, including but not limited to: meals, entrance fees, sightseeing, and surface or air transportation.
• All refunds are made in Indian Rupees (INR) only, regardless of the original payment currency.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Hotels will be provided as per availability and not as per individual preference.
• In Deluxe Houseboats, AC is operational from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM in the bedroom only.
• In hilly region hotels, rooms are non-air-conditioned. Heaters are available at direct cost.
• Rates are subject to change based on fuel price revisions or government tax changes.
• Any flight overstay expenses due to delays/cancellations are the guest's responsibility.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and subject to change without prior notice.
