Booking Process

• Kindly deposit 50% to confirm the package to generate a confirmation number.
• Once we share the confirmation, please make a 30% payment.
• Tickets shall be issued instantly once we receive the payment.
• *Helicopter tickets shall be mailed to you on the date committed by us.*
• Hotel Confirmation vouchers shall be given to you upon receipt of 100% payment.
• Driver details shall be given to you 1 day before your arrival date by 07:00 P.M.
• During the Season, we can change the running driver and assign a new driver the next day because of peak traffic.

Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 30% + 20% due 15 days before the check-in date.
• Full payment in the form of a BANK TRANSFER.
• Share your GSTIN (if applicable) in advance to raise the bills accordingly, as any amendments in the invoice will not be possible once it is generated.
• Those who have made part payments will have to make the full payment before the expiry of the final cut-off date as per the details mentioned above. Kindly be informed that True Tourism XP does not have a policy of dealing in credit.
• Further, please note that in case the Full payment is not realized into our account 15 Days before arrival, the booking will be cancelled without any intimation/notice. Refund after charging cancellation, arising due to such happening, will be returned through bank transfer within 21 working days.
• DO NOT deposit any funds into our bank account directly without our approval.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. INR 2000/- per person will be charged as a cancellation fee by default, as we have put in the efforts in tour planning and bookings. Refunds, if applicable, can be adjusted in future bookings too.

• 32+ Days before the operation of the booked tour: 15% of the tour cost + default fee will be charged.
• 31 - 26 Days before the operation of the booked tour: 30% of the total tour cost + the default fee will be charged.
• 25 - 16 Days before the operation of the booked tour: 50% of the total tour cost + default fee will be charged.
• 15 - 08 Days before the operation of the booked tour: 80% of the total tour cost + default fee will be charged.
• 07 - 00 Days before the operation of the booked tour: 100% of the total tour cost + default fee will be charged.

Cancellation for any kind of ticket booking is as per the individual service provider or government norms.

Refunds

Refunds against amendments and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the tour is booked. It would take at least 21 working days to process such a Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example: Meals, entrance fee, optional hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface/air).

All refunds made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
